① The client requesting brokerage may, if necessary to clarify the contents of the brokerage request, request that the licensed real estate agent prepare a general brokerage agreement including the following items. <Amended by Act No. 12345, Jan. 28, 2014, Act No. 67890, June 9, 2020> 1. Location and size of the subject of brokerage. 2. Expected transaction price. 3. Brokerage commission determined in accordance with Article 32 with respect to the expected transaction price. 4. Other matters that the licensed real estate agent and the client requesting brokerage must observe.
