제25조의2(소유자 등의 확인) 개업공인중개사는 중개업무의 수행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 중개의뢰인에게 주민등록증(모바일 주민등록증을 포함한다) 등 신분을 확인할 수 있는 증표를 제시할 것을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2023.12.26>
