제39조의2(자료제공의 요청) 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 및 등록관청은 제38조제2항제11호 또는 제39조제1항제13호에 따라 처분하고자 하는 경우에는 미리 공정거래위원회에 처분과 관련된 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있으며 공정거래위원회는 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
Translation
① The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Governor of a Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan City, or Province, and the registration authority may, when intending to take action under Article 38 (2) 11. or Article 39 (1) 13., request the Korea Fair Trade Commission to provide data related to the action in advance, and the Korea Fair Trade Commission shall comply with such request unless there is a special reason. <Amended by Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013>
