공인중개사가 되려는 자는 시ㆍ도지사가 시행하는 공인중개사자격시험에 합격하여야 한다. <개정 2008.6.13, 2014.1.28>
A person who intends to become a licensed real estate agent shall pass the licensed real estate agent qualification examination conducted by the Mayor/Governor. <amended 2008.6.13, 2014.1.28>
국토교통부장관은 공인중개사자격시험 수준의 균형유지 등을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 직접 시험문제를 출제하거나 시험을 시행할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport may directly prepare examination questions or conduct the examination, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, when deemed necessary for maintaining the balance of the licensed real estate agent qualification examination level, etc. <amended 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
공인중개사자격시험의 시험과목ㆍ시험방법 및 시험의 일부면제 그 밖에 시험에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The examination subjects, examination methods, partial exemption from the examination, and other matters necessary for the licensed real estate agent qualification examination shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
