협회는 회원이 업무를 수행할 때 지켜야 하는 직업윤리에 관한 윤리규정을 국토교통부장관의 승인을 받아 제정하여야 한다.
The Association shall establish ethical regulations regarding professional ethics that members must observe when performing their duties, with the approval of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

협회의 회원은 제1항에 따른 직업윤리에 관한 윤리규정을 준수하여야 한다.
Members of the Association shall comply with the ethical regulations regarding professional ethics pursuant to Paragraph ①.
