제42조의3(조사 또는 검사) 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 금융감독원의 원장은 국토교통부장관의 요청이 있는 경우에는 공제사업에 관하여 조사 또는 검사를 할 수 있다.
