6. 그 밖에 이 법 및 공제규정을 준수하지 아니하여 공제사업의 건전성을 해할 우려가 있는 경우 이에 대한 개선명령
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport may order the following measures if the Minister deems that the operation of the mutual aid business of the Association is improper or that the financial situation is poor, thereby posing a risk of infringing upon the rights and interests of victims of brokerage accidents and policyholders. 1. Change in the method of business execution 2. Change of asset deposit institution 3. Change in the book value of assets 4. Retention of reserves for unhealthy assets 5. Write-off of assets recognized as worthless 6. In cases where there is a risk of undermining the sound operation of the mutual aid business due to non-compliance with this Act and the mutual aid regulations, any other improvement order relating thereto.
