제45조(업무위탁) 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 등록관청은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 업무의 일부를 협회 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 기관에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
Translation
