제47조 수수료

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 납부하여야 한다. 다만, 공인중개사자격시험을 제4조제2항의 규정에 따라 국토교통부장관이 시행하는 경우 제1호에 해당하는 자는 국토교통부장관이 결정ㆍ공고하는 수수료를 납부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
1. 제4조에 따른 공인중개사자격시험에 응시하는 자
2. 제5조제3항에 따라 공인중개사자격증의 재교부를 신청하는 자
3. 제9조제1항에 따라 중개사무소의 개설등록을 신청하는 자
4. 제11조제2항에 따라 중개사무소등록증의 재교부를 신청하는 자
5. 제13조제3항에 따라 분사무소설치의 신고를 하는 자
6. 제13조제5항에 따라 분사무소설치신고확인서의 재교부를 신청하는 자
Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall pay a fee in accordance with the ordinance of the local government concerned. However, if the licensed real estate agent examination is conducted by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 (2), any person falling under subparagraph 1 shall pay the fee decided and publicly announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. <Amended by Act No. 9422, Feb. 29. 2008; Act No. 11690, Mar. 23. 2013; Act No. 17319, Jun. 9. 2020> 1. A person who applies for the licensed real estate agent examination under Article 4 2. A person who applies for the reissuance of a licensed real estate agent certificate under Article 5 (3) 3. A person who applies for registration of an opened brokerage office under Article 9 (1) 4. A person who applies for the reissuance of a brokerage office registration certificate under Article 11 (2) 5. A person who reports the establishment of a branch office under Article 13 (3) 6. A person who applies for the reissuance of a branch office establishment report confirmation under Article 13 (5)
제4조에 따른 공인중개사자격시험 또는 제5조제3항에 따른 공인중개사자격증 재교부업무를 제45조의 규정에 따라 위탁한 경우에는 해당 업무를 위탁받은 자가 위탁한 자의 승인을 얻어 결정ㆍ공고하는 수수료를 각각 납부하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
If the licensed real estate agent examination under Article 4 or the reissuance of a licensed real estate agent certificate under Article 5 (3) has been entrusted in accordance with the provisions of Article 45, each person shall pay the fee decided and publicly announced by the person who received the entrustment with the approval of the entrusting party. <Amended by Act No. 17319, Jun. 9. 2020>
