제11조(주지 의무) 최저임금의 적용을 받는 사용자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 최저임금을 그 사업의 근로자가 쉽게 볼 수 있는 장소에 게시하거나 그 외의 적당한 방법으로 근로자에게 널리 알려야 한다.

An employer to whom the minimum wage applies shall, in accordance with the provisions of a Presidential Decree, post the relevant minimum wage in a place easily visible to the workers of the business or widely inform the workers thereof by other appropriate means.
