제12조(최저임금위원회의 설치) 최저임금에 관한 심의와 그 밖에 최저임금에 관한 중요 사항을 심의하기 위하여 고용노동부에 최저임금위원회를 둔다. <개정 2010.6.4>

① In order to deliberate on the minimum wage and other important matters concerning the minimum wage, a Minimum Wage Committee shall be established in the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10357, Jun. 4, 2010>
