①
위원회에는 관계 행정기관의 공무원 중에서 3명 이내의 특별위원을 둘 수 있다.
The Committee may appoint up to three special committee members from among public officials of relevant administrative agencies.
②
특별위원은 위원회의 회의에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.
Special committee members may attend committee meetings and speak.
③
특별위원의 자격 및 위촉 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the qualifications and appointment of special committee members shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
