①
위원회에 그 사무를 처리하게 하기 위하여 사무국을 둔다.
A secretariat shall be established to handle the affairs of the Committee.

사무국에는 최저임금의 심의 등에 필요한 전문적인 사항을 조사ㆍ연구하게 하기 위하여 3명 이내의 연구위원을 둘 수 있다.
The secretariat may have up to three research fellows to investigate and research professional matters necessary for the deliberation of the minimum wage, etc.

연구위원의 자격ㆍ위촉 및 수당과 사무국의 조직ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
