1. 정신장애나 신체장애로 근로능력이 현저히 낮은 사람
2. 그 밖에 최저임금을 적용하는 것이 적당하지 아니하다고 인정되는 사람
Article 7 (Exclusion from Application of Minimum Wage). The provisions of Article 6 shall not apply to persons falling under any of the following subparagraphs, for whom the employer has obtained the approval of the Minister of Employment and Labor as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10339, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 17242, May 26, 2020> 1. Persons with significantly reduced working capacity due to mental or physical disabilities. 2. Persons otherwise deemed inappropriate for the application of the minimum wage.
