Article 11 (Matters for Deliberation and Resolution by the Board of Directors)

① Pursuant to Article 26 (4) of the Act, the following matters shall be deliberated and resolved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Board"). Provided, however, that matters for deliberation and resolution by the Deliberation Committee under Article 4 (1) of the Act and matters for deliberation and resolution by the Financial Management Committee under Article 33 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Financial Management Committee") shall be excluded. 1. Matters concerning the basic operational policies of the Corporation, such as the business operation plan. 2. Matters concerning the budget and settlement of accounts. 3. Matters concerning amendments to the Articles of Incorporation. 4. Matters concerning the enactment, amendment, and abolition of regulations. 5. Matters concerning insurance premiums and other collected amounts under the Act (hereinafter referred to as "insurance premiums, etc.") and insurance benefits. 6. Matters concerning borrowed funds under Article 37 of the Act. 7. Matters concerning the acquisition, management, and disposal of reserve funds under Article 38 of the Act and other important assets. 8. Other important matters concerning the operation of the Corporation.
