Article 13 (Delegation of Authority of the Chairman)

The "matters prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 32 of the Act refer to the following authorities: 1. Authority regarding qualification management pursuant to Articles 5 and 8 through 10 of the Act. 2. Authority regarding workplace management pursuant to Article 7 of the Act. 3. Authority regarding the restriction of insurance benefits pursuant to Article 53 of the Act. 4. Authority regarding the imposition and collection of insurance premiums, etc., notification of payment, demand, and collection in accordance with the precedents of disposition for national tax arrears pursuant to Articles 57, 69, 79, and 81 of the Act. 5. Authority regarding the exercise of the right to claim damages pursuant to Article 58 of the Act. 6. Authority regarding the reduction of insurance premiums pursuant to Article 75 of the Act. 7. Authority regarding the approval and cancellation of approval for installment payments pursuant to Article 82 of the Act. 8. Authority regarding the qualification management of subscribers and dependents, restriction of insurance benefits, and imposition and collection of insurance premiums pursuant to Articles 109 and 110 of the Act. 9. Authority regarding the collection, including notification of payment, demand, and disposition for arrears, of pension insurance premiums, employment insurance premiums, industrial accident compensation insurance premiums, contributions, and shared payments, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "entrusted insurance premiums, etc.") entrusted pursuant to the "National Pension Act", the "Act on the Collection of Premiums for Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance", the "Wage Claim Guarantee Act", and the "Act on Relief for Asbestos Hazards" (hereinafter referred to as "Laws providing a basis for entrusted collection"). 10. Other authorities prescribed by the articles of incorporation of the Corporation for the efficient performance of the Corporation's duties under the Act.
