Article 15 (Operation of the Finance Management Committee)
제15조 재정운영위원회의 운영

재정운영위원회의 회의는 정기회의와 임시회의로 구분한다.
Meetings of the Finance Management Committee shall be divided into regular meetings and extraordinary meetings.
정기회의는 매년 1회 정관으로 정하는 시기에 재정운영위원회의 위원장이 소집한다.
Regular meetings shall be convened once a year at the time determined by the articles of incorporation by the Chairperson of the Finance Management Committee.
임시회의는 공단 이사장 또는 재적위원 3분의 1 이상이 요구할 때 또는 재정운영위원회의 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 위원장이 소집한다.
Extraordinary meetings shall be convened by the Chairperson when requested by the President of the Corporation or by one-third or more of the incumbent members, or when the Chairperson of the Finance Management Committee deems it necessary.
재정운영위원회의 위원장은 재정운영위원회 회의의 의장이 되며, 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
The Chairperson of the Finance Management Committee shall preside over the meetings of the Finance Management Committee, and meetings shall be opened with the attendance of a majority of the incumbent members and decided by a majority of the votes of the attending members.
재정운영위원회의 회의 소집 절차 등 재정운영위원회 운영에 필요한 그 밖의 사항은 공단의 정관으로 정한다.
Other matters necessary for the operation of the Finance Management Committee, such as the procedure for convening meetings of the Finance Management Committee, shall be determined by the articles of incorporation of the Corporation.
