①

위원장은 재정운영위원회의 회의록을 작성하여 보관하여야 한다.

The Chairperson shall prepare and keep the minutes of the Fiscal Management Committee.

②

제1항에 따른 회의록에는 회의 경과, 심의사항 및 의결사항을 기록하고 위원장과 출석한 위원이 서명하거나 날인하여야 한다.

The minutes under paragraph ① shall record the proceedings of the meeting, matters deliberated, and matters resolved, and shall be signed or sealed by the Chairperson and the attending members.
