제17조의2(재난적의료비 지원사업에 대한 출연 금액의 상한) 법 제39조의2에 따라 공단이 「재난적의료비 지원에 관한 법률」에 따른 재난적의료비 지원사업에 출연하는 금액의 상한은 전전년도 보험료 수입액의 1천분의 1로 한다.

① The ceiling of the amount contributed by the Corporation to the disaster medical expense support project under the 「Act on Disaster Medical Expenses Support」 pursuant to Article 39-2 of the Act shall be 1/1,000 of the insurance premium revenue of the year before the preceding year.
