3. 그 밖에 건강보험의 개선을 위하여 보건복지부장관이 특히 필요하다고 인정하는 사항

① The "matters prescribed by Presidential Decree" referred to in Article 3-2 (2) 9 of the Act shall mean the following: 1. Matters concerning the creation of a systemic foundation for health insurance. 2. Matters concerning international cooperation related to health insurance. 3. Other matters that the Minister of Health and Welfare deems particularly necessary for the improvement of health insurance.
