Article 22 (Reimbursement Costs for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Supplies)
제22조 약제ㆍ치료재료의 요양급여비용

법 제46조에 따라 법 제41조제1항제2호의 약제ㆍ치료재료(제21조제2항 및 제3항에 따른 상대가치점수가 적용되는 약제ㆍ치료재료는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에 대한 요양급여비용은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 결정한다. 이 경우 구입금액(요양기관이 해당 약제 및 치료재료를 구입한 금액을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이 상한금액(보건복지부장관이 심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 해당 약제 및 치료재료별 요양급여비용의 상한으로 고시하는 금액을 말한다. 이하 같다)보다 많을 때에는 구입금액은 상한금액과 같은 금액으로 한다. <개정 2013.1.28, 2013.3.23, 2014.8.29>

The reimbursement costs for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies under Article 41(1)(2) of this Act (excluding pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to which the relative value points under Article 21(2) and (3) apply. Hereinafter the same in this Article), pursuant to Article 46 of this Act, shall be determined according to the following classifications. In such cases, when the purchase amount (meaning the amount at which the medical institution purchased the relevant pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. 제1항에 따른 약제 및 치료재료에 대한 요양급여비용의 결정 기준ㆍ절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
