제26조의2 요양비등수급계좌의 신청 방법 및 절차 등

법 제56조의2제1항 본문에 따라 요양비등을 수급자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "요양비등수급계좌"라 한다)로 받으려는 사람은 요양비 지급청구서와 보조기기 급여 지급청구서 등에 요양비등수급계좌의 계좌번호를 기재하고, 예금통장(계좌번호가 기록되어 있는 면을 말한다) 사본을 첨부하여 공단에 제출해야 한다. 요양비등수급계좌를 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2019.6.11, 2022.8.31>
A person who intends to receive benefits, etc. into a designated account in the name of the beneficiary (hereinafter referred to as "benefit payment account"), pursuant to the main sentence of Article 56-2, Paragraph 1 of the Act, shall state the account number of the benefit payment account on the claim form for benefit payment, the claim form for prosthetic device benefits, etc., and submit it to the Corporation along with a copy of the bankbook (referring to the page where the account number is recorded). 공단은 법 제56조의2제1항 단서에 따라 수급자가 요양비등수급계좌를 개설한 금융기관이 폐업 또는 업무정지나 정보통신장애 등으로 정상영업이 불가능하거나 이에 준하는 불가피한 사유로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 직접 현금으로 지급한다.
When it is impossible to transfer funds to the benefit payment account due to the closure or business suspension of the financial institution where the beneficiary opened the benefit payment account, disruption of information and communication, or other unavoidable reasons equivalent thereto, pursuant to the proviso of Article 56-2, Paragraph 1 of the Act, the Corporation shall pay the benefits in cash directly.
