제26조의4 부당이득징수금체납정보공개심의위원회의 구성 및 운영

부당이득징수금체납정보공개심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 9명의 위원으로 구성한다.
The Committee for Delinquent Unjust Gains Collection Information Disclosure shall be composed of nine members, including one chairperson.
부당이득징수금체납정보공개심의위원회의 위원장은 공단의 임원 중 해당 업무를 담당하는 상임이사가 되고, 위원은 공단의 이사장이 임명하거나 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다.
1. 공단 소속 직원 3명
2. 보험급여 비용의 부당이득 징수에 관한 사무를 담당하는 보건복지부 소속 4급 또는 5급 공무원 1명
3. 법률, 회계 또는 사회보험에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 4명
The chairperson of the Committee for Delinquent Unjust Gains Collection Information Disclosure shall be a standing director in charge of the relevant duties among the executives of the Corporation, and the members shall be persons appointed or recommended by the Chairperson of the Corporation from among the following categories: 1. Three employees belonging to the Corporation 2. One public official of Grade 4 or 5 belonging to the Ministry of Health and Welfare, in charge of duties related to the collection of unjust gains in insurance benefits costs 3. Four persons with extensive knowledge and experience in law, accounting, or social insurance
제2항제3호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.
The term of office for members under subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2 shall be two years, and they may be reappointed only once.
부당이득징수금체납정보공개심의위원회의 회의는 위원장을 포함한 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Meetings of the Committee for Delinquent Unjust Gains Collection Information Disclosure shall be convened with the attendance of a majority of the total members, including the chairperson, and decisions shall be made by the affirmative vote of a majority of the attending members.
제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 부당이득징수금체납정보공개심의위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 공단이 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Committee for Delinquent Unjust Gains Collection Information Disclosure, other than those prescribed in paragraphs 1 through 4, shall be determined by the Corporation.
