제29조(공무원인 임원) 법 제65조제4항에 따라 보건복지부장관은 보건복지부의 3급 공무원 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 중에서 1명을 지명하는 방법으로 심사평가원의 비상임이사를 추천한다. <개정 2016.8.2>
Translation
① In accordance with Article 65 (4) of the Act, the Minister of Health and Welfare shall recommend a non-standing director of the Review and Assessment Service by designating one person from among public officials of Grade 3 or public officials belonging to the Senior Civil Service of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended on Aug. 2, 2016>
