Article 29-2 (Concurrent Holding of Positions by Members of the Medical Services Review Committee)
제29조의2 진료심사평가위원회 위원의 겸직

법 제66조의2제1항에 따라 진료심사평가위원회(이하 이 조에서 "심사위원회"라 한다) 위원의 직무를 겸하려는 교수ㆍ부교수 및 조교수(이하 "교수등"이라 한다)는 소속대학 총장에게 겸직 허가를 신청해야 한다. 이 경우 신청을 받은 소속대학 총장은 지체 없이 허가 여부를 해당 교수등에게 통보해야 한다.
Professors, associate professors, and assistant professors (hereinafter referred to as "professors, etc.") who intend to concurrently hold the position of a member of the Medical Services Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Review Committee" in this Article) pursuant to Article 66-2(1) of the Act shall apply for permission for concurrent holding of positions to the president of the university to which they belong. In this case, the president of the university to which the applicant belongs shall notify the relevant professors, etc. of the approval or disapproval without delay.
제1항에서 규정한 사항 외에 근무조건, 보수 등 교수등이 심사위원회의 위원을 겸하기 위하여 필요한 세부 사항은 심사평가원의 정관으로 정한다.
Detailed matters concerning working conditions, remuneration, etc., necessary for professors, etc. to concurrently hold the position of a member of the Review Committee, in addition to the matters prescribed in paragraph ①, shall be determined by the articles of incorporation of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service.
