1. 제21조제2항에 따른 요양급여 각 항목에 대한 상대가치점수
2. 제22조에 따른 약제ㆍ치료재료별 요양급여비용의 상한
3. 그 밖에 제23조에 따른 부가급여에 관한 사항 등 건강보험에 관한 주요사항으로서 법 제4조에 따른 건강보험정책심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)의 위원장이 회의에 부치는 사항
① The matters "prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 4 (1) 6 of the Act shall be the following matters. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27369, Aug. 2, 2016; Presidential Decree No. 34215, Jan. 2, 2024> 1. Relative value points for each item of medical care benefits under Article 21 (2). 2. Upper limits of medical care benefit costs by drug and therapeutic material under Article 22. 3. Other major matters concerning health insurance, such as matters related to additional benefits under Article 23, etc., which the Chairperson of the Health Insurance Policy Deliberation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Deliberation Committee") under Article 4 of the Act submits to the meeting.
