제31조(준용 규정) 심사평가원 이사회의 심의ㆍ의결사항 및 회의에 관하여는 제11조(제5호는 제외한다) 및 제12조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "공단"은 "심사평가원"으로, "이사장"은 "원장"으로 본다.

Translation

① With respect to the deliberative and decision-making matters of the National Health Insurance Service Review and Assessment Service's Board of Directors and its meetings, Articles 11 (excluding Article 11, Subparagraph 5) and 12 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "the Corporation" shall be deemed to be "the Review and Assessment Service", and "the President" shall be deemed to be "the Director-General."
