제44조의2(보험료가 면제되는 국외 체류기간) 법 제74조제1항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"이란 3개월을 말한다. 다만, 업무에 종사하기 위해 국외에 체류하는 경우라고 공단이 인정하는 경우에는 1개월을 말한다. <개정 2021.10.14>

① The term "period prescribed by Presidential Decree" as used in the main sentence of Article 74 (1) of the Act shall mean three months.
