법 제79조의2제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관 등"이란 다음 각 호의 기관을 말한다.
1. 「민법」 제32조에 따라 금융위원회의 허가를 받아 설립된 금융결제원
2. 정보통신망을 이용하여 신용카드, 직불카드 등(이하 이 조에서 "신용카드등"이라 한다)에 의한 결제를 수행하는 기관 중 시설, 업무수행능력 및 자본금 규모 등을 고려하여 공단이 지정하는 기관
The "institutions, etc. as prescribed by Presidential Decree" referred to in Article 79-2 (1) of the Act shall mean the following institutions. 1. The Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute established with the permission of the Financial Services Commission under Article 32 of the Civil Act. 2. An institution designated by the Corporation, considering its facilities, operational capabilities, and capital scale, among those that perform payments by credit card, debit card, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "credit card, etc." in this Article) via the information and communications network.
법 제79조의2제3항에 따른 납부대행 수수료는 공단이 납부대행기관의 운영경비 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 승인한다. 이 경우 납부대행 수수료는 해당 보험료등 납부금액의 1천분의 10을 초과할 수 없다.
