제53조(이의신청위원회) 법 제87조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 이의신청을 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 공단 및 심사평가원에 각각 이의신청위원회를 설치한다.

① In order to efficiently process objections pursuant to Articles 87 (1) and (2) of the Act, an Objection Review Committee shall be established in the Corporation and the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service, respectively.
