제54조 이의신청위원회의 구성 등

①

제53조에 따른 이의신청위원회(이하 "이의신청위원회"라 한다)는 각각 위원장 1명을 포함한 25명의 위원으로 구성한다.

The Appeal Committee pursuant to Article 53 (hereinafter referred to as the "Appeal Committee") shall be composed of 25 members, including one chairperson.

②

공단에 설치하는 이의신청위원회의 위원장은 공단의 이사장이 지명하는 공단의 상임이사가 되고, 위원은 공단의 이사장이 임명하거나 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다.

  1. 1. 공단의 임직원 1명

  2. 2. 사용자단체 및 근로자단체가 각각 4명씩 추천하는 8명

  3. 3. 시민단체, 소비자단체, 농어업인단체 및 자영업자단체가 각각 2명씩 추천하는 8명

  4. 4. 변호사, 사회보험 및 의료에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 7명

The chairperson of the Appeal Committee established within the Corporation shall be a full-time director of the Corporation designated by the President of the Corporation, and the members shall be the following persons appointed or recommended by the President of the Corporation: 1. One employee of the Corporation 2. Eight persons recommended by employer organizations and labor organizations, four each 3. Eight persons recommended by civic organizations, consumer organizations, fishery and agricultural organizations, and self-employed organizations, two each 4. Seven persons who are lawyers or have abundant knowledge and experience in social insurance and medical care.

심사평가원에 설치하는 이의신청위원회의 위원장은 심사평가원의 원장이 지명하는 심사평가원의 상임이사가 되고, 위원은 심사평가원의 원장이 임명하거나 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다.

  1. 1.심사평가원의 임직원 1명

  2. 2.가입자를 대표하는 단체(시민단체를 포함한다)가 추천하는 사람 5명

  3. 3.변호사, 사회보험에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 4명

  4. 4.의약 관련 단체가 추천하는 사람 14명

The chairperson of the Appeal Committee established within the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service shall be a full-time director of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service designated by the President of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service, and the members shall be the following persons appointed or recommended by the President of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service: 1. One employee of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service 2. Five persons recommended by organizations representing subscribers (including civic organizations) 3. Four persons who are lawyers or have abundant knowledge and experience in social insurance. 4. Fourteen persons recommended by pharmaceutical-related organizations.

제2항과 제3항에 따라 위촉된 위원의 임기는 3년으로 한다.

The term of office for members appointed under paragraphs 2 and 3 shall be three years.
