Article 58 (Decision Period for Objection)
제58조 이의신청 결정기간

공단과 심사평가원은 이의신청을 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 결정을 하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 30일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
The Corporation and the Review and Assessment Service shall make a decision within 60 days from the date of receiving the objection. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances, the period may be extended within the scope of 30 days.
공단과 심사평가원은 제1항 단서에 따라 결정기간을 연장하려면 결정기간이 끝나기 7일 전까지 이의신청을 한 자에게 그 사실을 알려야 한다.
If the Corporation and the Review and Assessment Service intend to extend the decision period under the proviso to paragraph (1), they shall notify the person who filed the objection 7 days before the expiration of the decision period of such fact.
