Article 61 (Decision Period for Request for Adjudication)
제61조 심판청구 결정기간

분쟁조정위원회는 제59조제1항에 따라 심판청구서가 제출된 날부터 60일 이내에 결정을 하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 30일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
The Dispute Resolution Committee shall make a decision within 60 days from the date of submission of the request for adjudication pursuant to Article 59 (1). Provided, however, that in cases of unavoidable circumstances, the period may be extended within the scope of 30 days.
제1항 단서에 따라 결정기간을 연장하려면 결정기간이 끝나기 7일 전까지 청구인에게 그 사실을 알려야 한다.
In order to extend the decision period pursuant to the proviso of paragraph ①, the claimant must be notified of the fact 7 days before the expiration of the decision period.
