제62조 분쟁조정위원회의 구성 등

분쟁조정위원회의 위원장은 보건복지부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명하고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 보건복지부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2014.6.30>
1. 4급 이상 공무원 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원으로 재직 중이거나 재직하였던 사람
2. 판사ㆍ검사 또는 변호사 자격이 있는 사람
3. 「고등교육법」 제2조제1호부터 제3호까지의 규정에 따른 학교에서 사회보험 또는 의료와 관련된 분야에 부교수 이상으로 재직하고 있는 사람
4. 사회보험 또는 의료에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람
The Chairperson of the Dispute Mediation Committee shall be appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Minister of Health and Welfare, and the members shall be appointed or commissioned by the Minister of Health and Welfare from among the following persons. <Amended by Act No. 12762, Jun. 30, 2014> 1. A person who is or has served as a public official of Grade 4 or higher, or a general public official belonging to the Senior Civil Service Corps. 2. A person qualified as a judge, prosecutor, or attorney-at-law. 3. A person who is serving as an associate professor or higher in a field related to social insurance or medical care at a school referred to in Article 2 (1) through (3) of the Higher Education Act. 4. A person with abundant knowledge and experience in social insurance or medical care.
법 제89조제2항에 따른 당연직위원은 제1항제1호의 위원 중 법 제88조에 따른 심판청구에 관한 업무를 담당하는 공무원으로 한다.
Ex officio members pursuant to Article 89 (2) of this Act shall be public officials among the members referred to in paragraph (1) 1 who are in charge of duties related to the petition for adjudication under Article 88 of this Act.
