①

분쟁조정위원회의 위원장은 분쟁조정위원회를 대표하고, 분쟁조정위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

The chairperson of the Dispute Resolution Committee shall represent the committee and supervise its affairs.

②

분쟁조정위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

When the chairperson of the Dispute Resolution Committee is unable to perform their duties due to unavoidable circumstances, a member designated by the chairperson shall act on their behalf.
