제64조 분쟁조정위원회 위원장 및 위원의 임기 등

분쟁조정위원회의 위원장 및 위원의 임기는 3년으로 한다. 다만, 제62조제1항제1호에 따른 위원 중 공무원인 위원의 임기는 그 직위에 재임하는 기간으로 한다. <개정 2025.9.16>
The term of office for the chairperson and members of the Dispute Resolution Committee shall be three (3) years. Provided, however, that the term of office for a member appointed pursuant to Article 62(1) subparagraph 1 who is a public official shall be the period during which they hold that position. <Amended on September 16, 2025>
위원장 및 위원은 제1항 본문에 따른 임기가 만료된 경우에도 후임자가 임명되거나 위촉될 때까지 그 직무를 수행할 수 있다. <신설 2025.9.16>
The chairperson and members may continue to perform their duties until their successors are appointed or recommended, even after their term of office under the main sentence of Paragraph 1 has expired. <Newly added on September 16, 2025>
