분쟁조정위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 분쟁조정위원회에 간사 1명을 둔다.
To handle the affairs of the Dispute Resolution Committee, one secretary shall be appointed to the Dispute Resolution Committee.

간사는 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 보건복지부장관이 지명한다.
The secretary shall be nominated by the Minister of Health and Welfare from among public officials belonging to the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
