제69조의3 질문ㆍ검사ㆍ조사ㆍ확인 업무의 지원

① The Minister of Health and Welfare, when intending to have the Corporation or the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service support the duties of questioning, inspection, investigation, and confirmation pursuant to Article 97 (1) through (5) of the Act, in accordance with Article 97 (7) of the Act, shall notify the Corporation or the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service of the following matters in advance. 1. Name and position of the public official performing the relevant duty 2. Contents and methods of the Corporation or the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service's duty support 3. Scale of organization and operation plan for the personnel of the Corporation or the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service supporting the duty 4. Other matters deemed necessary by the Minister of Health and Welfare for the duty support of the Corporation or the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service
