법 제98조제1항 및 제99조제1항에 따른 요양기관에 대한 업무정지 처분 및 과징금 부과의 기준은 별표 5와 같다.
The standards for suspending the business of medical institutions and imposing administrative fines pursuant to Articles 98(1) and 99(1) of the Act shall be as set forth in Table 5.
②
제1항에 따른 과징금의 징수 절차는 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
The procedures for collecting administrative fines pursuant to paragraph ① shall be determined by a Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
