제74조의3(약제에 대한 쟁송 시 가산금 산정) 법 제101조의2제5항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 이자"란 법 제101조의2제3항 또는 제4항에 따라 산정된 금액에 「국세기본법 시행령」 제43조의3제2항 본문에 따른 이자율을 곱하여 산정한 금액을 말한다.
Translation
① For the purpose of "interest to be determined by Presidential Decree" as referred to in Article 101-2(5) of the Act, it shall mean the amount calculated by multiplying the amount computed according to Article 101-2(3) or (4) of the Act by the interest rate pursuant to the main clause of Article 43-3(2) of the Enforcement Decree of the National Tax Basic Act.
