제78조 업무의 위탁

제78조(업무의 위탁) 공단은 법 제112조제1항에 따라 같은 항 각 호의 업무를 체신관서, 금융기관 또는 그 밖의 자에게 위탁하려면 위탁받을 기관의 선정 및 위탁계약의 내용에 관하여 공단 이사회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

① The Corporation, when entrusting business stipulated in each item of Article 112 (1) of the Act to postal authorities, financial institutions, or other entities pursuant to Article 112 (1) of the Act, shall obtain a resolution from the Corporation's Board of Directors regarding the selection of the entrusted institution and the contents of the entrustment contract.
