제79조(보험료 및 징수위탁보험료등의 배분 등) 공단이 납부의무자의 신청에 따라 보험료 및 징수위탁보험료등을 1개의 납입고지서로 통합하여 징수한 경우(법 제81조 및 징수위탁근거법에 따라 체납처분의 방법으로 징수한 경우는 제외한다)에 징수한 보험료와 그에 따른 징수금 또는 징수위탁보험료등의 금액이 징수하여야 할 총액에 미치지 못하는 경우로서 납부의무자가 이를 납부하는 날까지 특별한 의사를 표시하지 아니한 경우에는 법 제113조제1항 본문에 따라 공단이 징수하려는 각 보험별 금액(법 및 징수위탁근거법에 따른 연체금 및 가산금을 제외한 금액을 말한다)의 비율로 배분하여 납부 처리하여야 한다.

Where the Corporation collects premiums and premiums entrusted for collection, etc. integrated into a single notice of payment upon the application of the person liable for payment (excluding cases where collection is made by means of delinquent property disposition pursuant to Article 81 of the Act and the legal basis for entrusting collection), if the collected premiums and the amount of related collected funds or premiums entrusted for collection, etc. do not reach the total amount to be collected, and the person liable for payment does not express a special intention by the date of payment, the Corporation shall process the payment by apportioning it according to the ratio of the amount for each insurance that the Corporation intends to collect pursuant to the main clause of Article 113 (1) of the Act (meaning the amount excluding overdue charges and additional charges pursuant to the Act and the legal basis for entrusting collection).
