제81조의2 규제의 재검토

보건복지부장관은 제18조의2제4항 및 별표 4의2 제2호에 따른 약제의 상한금액 감액 및 요양급여의 적용 정지 기준에 대하여 2019년 7월 1일을 기준으로 5년마다(매 5년이 되는 해의 기준일과 같은 날 전까지를 말한다) 그 타당성을 검토하여 개선 등의 조치를 해야 한다.
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall review the validity of the standards for reduction of the upper limit of drug prices and suspension of application of medical care benefits under Article 18-2 (4) and Annex 4-2, Item 2, and take measures such as improvement every five years (meaning until the day before the reference date in the year when five years elapse) based on July 1, 2019.
보건복지부장관은 제19조제1항 및 별표 2에 따른 본인일부부담금의 부담률 및 부담액에 대하여 2022년 1월 1일을 기준으로 3년마다(매 3년이 되는 해의 1월 1일 전까지를 말한다) 그 타당성을 검토하여 개선 등의 조치를 해야 한다.
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall review the validity of the rates and amounts of patient co-payments under Article 19 (1) and Annex 2, and take measures such as improvement every three years (meaning until January 1 of the year when three years elapse) based on January 1, 2022.
