제10조 자격의 상실 시기 등

가입자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 날에 그 자격을 잃는다.
1. 사망한 날의 다음 날
2. 국적을 잃은 날의 다음 날
3. 국내에 거주하지 아니하게 된 날의 다음 날
4. 직장가입자의 피부양자가 된 날
5. 수급권자가 된 날
6. 건강보험을 적용받고 있던 사람이 유공자등 의료보호대상자가 되어 건강보험의 적용배제신청을 한 날
A subscriber shall lose eligibility on the day when one of the following applies: 1. The day following the day of death 2. The day following the day of losing nationality 3. The day following the day of no longer residing in Korea 4. The day of becoming a dependent of an employed subscriber 5. The day of becoming a beneficiary 6. The day when a person receiving health insurance applies for exclusion from health insurance coverage due to becoming a recipient of medical care for persons of distinguished service, etc.
제1항에 따라 자격을 잃은 경우 직장가입자의 사용자와 지역가입자의 세대주는 그 명세를 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자격을 잃은 날부터 14일 이내에 보험자에게 신고하여야 한다.
When eligibility is lost under Paragraph ①, the employer of an employed subscriber and the head of a household of a local subscriber shall report the details to the insurer within 14 days from the day of losing eligibility, as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
