제103조 공단 등에 대한 감독 등

보건복지부장관은 공단과 심사평가원의 경영목표를 달성하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업이나 업무에 대하여 보고를 명하거나 그 사업이나 업무 또는 재산상황을 검사하는 등 감독을 할 수 있다. <개정 2022.6.10>
1. 제14조제1항제1호부터 제13호까지의 규정에 따른 공단의 업무 및 제63조제1항제1호부터 제8호까지의 규정에 따른 심사평가원의 업무
2. 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제50조에 따른 경영지침의 이행과 관련된 사업
3. 이 법 또는 다른 법령에서 공단과 심사평가원이 위탁받은 업무
4. 그 밖에 관계 법령에서 정하는 사항과 관련된 사업
The Minister of Health and Welfare may order the Corporation and the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service to report on the business or work falling under any of the following subparagraphs, or may conduct supervision by inspecting such business or work or their financial status, in order to achieve their management objectives. <Amended by Act No. 19423, Jun. 10, 2022> 1. Business of the Corporation pursuant to Article 14 (1) 1 through 13 and business of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service pursuant to Article 63 (1) 1 through 8 2. Business related to the implementation of management guidelines under Article 50 of the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」 3. Business entrusted to the Corporation and the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service under this Act or other laws and regulations 4. Business related to matters prescribed by other relevant laws and regulations
보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따른 감독상 필요한 경우에는 정관이나 규정의 변경 또는 그 밖에 필요한 처분을 명할 수 있다.
The Minister of Health and Welfare may order changes to articles of incorporation or regulations, or other necessary dispositions, if deemed necessary for supervision under paragraph (1).
