공단이나 심사평가원이 아닌 자는 국민건강보험공단, 건강보험심사평가원 또는 이와 유사한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.
No person other than the Corporation or the Agency shall use the names 'National Health Insurance Corporation', 'Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service', or similar names.
②
이 법으로 정하는 건강보험사업을 수행하는 자가 아닌 자는 보험계약 또는 보험계약의 명칭에 국민건강보험이라는 용어를 사용하지 못한다.
No person other than those performing health insurance business as prescribed by this Act shall use the term 'National Health Insurance' in an insurance contract or the name of an insurance contract.
