제108조의2 보험재정에 대한 정부지원

국가는 매년 예산의 범위에서 해당 연도 보험료 예상 수입액의 100분의 14에 상당하는 금액을 국고에서 공단에 지원한다.
The State shall, within the scope of the budget each year, support the Corporation with funds from the national treasury equivalent to 14 percent of the estimated premium revenue for the year.
공단은 「국민건강증진법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 같은 법에 따른 국민건강증진기금에서 자금을 지원받을 수 있다.
The Corporation may receive financial support from the National Health Promotion Fund established under the 「National Health Promotion Act」, as prescribed by the same Act.
공단은 제1항에 따라 지원된 재원을 다음 각 호의 사업에 사용한다.
1. 가입자 및 피부양자에 대한 보험급여
2. 건강보험사업에 대한 운영비
3. 제75조 및 제110조제4항에 따른 보험료 경감에 대한 지원
The Corporation shall use the funds supported under paragraph ① for the following projects: 1. Insurance benefits for subscribers and their dependents 2. Operating expenses for the health insurance business 3. Support for premium reductions pursuant to Articles 75 and 110(4)
공단은 제2항에 따라 지원된 재원을 다음 각 호의 사업에 사용한다.
1. 건강검진 등 건강증진에 관한 사업
2. 가입자와 피부양자의 흡연으로 인한 질병에 대한 보험급여
3. 가입자와 피부양자 중 65세 이상 노인에 대한 보험급여
The Corporation shall use the funds supported under paragraph ② for the following projects: 1. Projects related to health promotion, such as health check-ups 2. Insurance benefits for diseases caused by smoking by subscribers and their dependents 3. Insurance benefits for subscribers and their dependents aged 65 or older
