제21조 징수이사

상임이사 중 제14조제1항제2호 및 제11호의 업무를 담당하는 이사(이하 "징수이사"라 한다)는 경영, 경제 및 사회보험에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람으로서 보건복지부령으로 정하는 자격을 갖춘 사람 중에서 선임한다.
An executive director among the standing executive directors who is in charge of the duties under Article 14(1) subparagraphs 2 and 11 (hereinafter referred to as "Collection Officer") shall be appointed from among persons with extensive knowledge and experience in management, economics, and social insurance who meet the qualifications prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance.
징수이사 후보를 추천하기 위하여 공단에 이사를 위원으로 하는 징수이사추천위원회(이하 "추천위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. 이 경우 추천위원회의 위원장은 이사장이 지명하는 이사로 한다.
In order to recommend candidates for Collection Officer, a Collection Officer Recommendation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Recommendation Committee"), composed of executive directors, shall be established within the Corporation. In this case, the chairperson of the Recommendation Committee shall be an executive director designated by the President.
추천위원회는 주요 일간신문에 징수이사 후보의 모집 공고를 하여야 하며, 이와 별도로 적임자로 판단되는 징수이사 후보를 조사하거나 전문단체에 조사를 의뢰할 수 있다.
The Recommendation Committee shall publicly announce the recruitment of candidates for Collection Officer in major daily newspapers and may, separately, investigate candidates for Collection Officer deemed suitable or request investigation from professional organizations.
추천위원회는 제3항에 따라 모집한 사람을 보건복지부령으로 정하는 징수이사 후보 심사기준에 따라 심사하여야 하며, 징수이사 후보로 추천될 사람과 계약 조건에 관하여 협의하여야 한다.
The Recommendation Committee shall review the persons recruited under paragraph 3 according to the screening criteria for candidates for Collection Officer prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance, and shall negotiate the contract terms with the persons to be recommended as candidates for Collection Officer.
이사장은 제4항에 따른 심사와 협의 결과에 따라 징수이사 후보와 계약을 체결하여야 하며, 이 경우 제20조제3항에 따른 상임이사의 임명으로 본다.
The President shall conclude a contract with the candidate for Collection Officer based on the results of the review and negotiation under paragraph 4, and in this case, it shall be deemed as the appointment of a standing executive director under Article 20(3).
제4항에 따른 계약 조건에 관한 협의, 제5항에 따른 계약 체결 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for negotiation of contract terms under paragraph 4, conclusion of contracts under paragraph 5, and other related matters shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance.
