Article 21 (Collections Director)

상임이사 중 제14조제1항제2호 및 제11호의 업무를 담당하는 이사(이하 "징수이사"라 한다)는 경영, 경제 및 사회보험에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람으로서 보건복지부령으로 정하는 자격을 갖춘 사람 중에서 선임한다.
A director among the standing directors who is in charge of the duties referred to in Article 14 (1) (2) and (11) (hereinafter referred to as the "Collections Director") shall be appointed from among persons who have extensive knowledge and experience in management, economics, and social insurance and meet the qualifications prescribed by the Presidential Decree of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
징수이사 후보를 추천하기 위하여 공단에 이사를 위원으로 하는 징수이사추천위원회(이하 "추천위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. 이 경우 추천위원회의 위원장은 이사장이 지명하는 이사로 한다.
To recommend candidates for the Collections Director, a Collections Director Recommendation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Recommendation Committee"), composed of directors of the Corporation, shall be established. In this case, the chairperson of the Recommendation Committee shall be a director designated by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
추천위원회는 주요 일간신문에 징수이사 후보의 모집 공고를 하여야 하며, 이와 별도로 적임자로 판단되는 징수이사 후보를 조사하거나 전문단체에 조사를 의뢰할 수 있다.
The Recommendation Committee shall publicly announce the recruitment of candidates for the Collections Director in major daily newspapers, and may separately investigate candidates for the Collections Director whom it deems suitable or request an investigation from a professional organization.
추천위원회는 제3항에 따라 모집한 사람을 보건복지부령으로 정하는 징수이사 후보 심사기준에 따라 심사하여야 하며, 징수이사 후보로 추천될 사람과 계약 조건에 관하여 협의하여야 한다.
The Recommendation Committee shall review the persons recruited in accordance with paragraph (3) based on the criteria for reviewing candidates for the Collections Director prescribed by the Presidential Decree of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and shall negotiate the terms of contract with the person to be recommended as a candidate for the Collections Director.
이사장은 제4항에 따른 심사와 협의 결과에 따라 징수이사 후보와 계약을 체결하여야 하며, 이 경우 제20조제3항에 따른 상임이사의 임명으로 본다.
The Chairperson of the Board of Directors shall conclude a contract with the candidate for the Collections Director in accordance with the results of the review and negotiation in paragraph (4), and in this case, it shall be deemed an appointment of a standing director in accordance with Article 20 (3).
제4항에 따른 계약 조건에 관한 협의, 제5항에 따른 계약 체결 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the negotiation of contract terms in paragraph (4), the conclusion of contracts in paragraph (5), etc., shall be prescribed by the Presidential Decree of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
