제60조 현역병 등에 대한 요양급여비용 등의 지급

공단은 제54조제3호 및 제4호에 해당하는 사람이 요양기관에서 대통령령으로 정하는 치료 등(이하 이 조에서 "요양급여"라 한다)을 받은 경우 그에 따라 공단이 부담하는 비용(이하 이 조에서 "요양급여비용"이라 한다)과 제49조에 따른 요양비를 법무부장관ㆍ국방부장관ㆍ경찰청장ㆍ소방청장 또는 해양경찰청장으로부터 예탁 받아 지급할 수 있다. 이 경우 법무부장관ㆍ국방부장관ㆍ경찰청장ㆍ소방청장 또는 해양경찰청장은 예산상 불가피한 경우 외에는 연간(年間) 들어갈 것으로 예상되는 요양급여비용과 요양비를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 미리 공단에 예탁하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2018.12.11>
The Corporation may, upon receiving deposits from the Minister of Justice, the Minister of National Defense, the Commissioner of the National Police Agency, the Commissioner of the National Fire Agency, or the Commissioner of the Korea Coast Guard, pay the costs that the Corporation is to bear for treatment, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "medical care benefits" in this Article) received by a person falling under Article 54, subparagraph 3 or 4, at a medical care institution as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and the medical expenses under Article 49. In this case, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of National Defense, the Commissioner of the National Police Agency, the Commissioner of the National Fire Agency, or the Commissioner of the Korea Coast Guard shall deposit in advance with the Corporation the estimated annual medical care benefit costs and medical expenses, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, unless it is unavoidable due to budgetary reasons. <Amended by Act No. 12997, Nov. 19, 2014; Act No. 14861, Jul. 26, 2017; Act No. 16113, Dec. 11, 2018>
요양급여, 요양급여비용 및 요양비 등에 관한 사항은 제41조, 제41조의4, 제42조, 제42조의2, 제44조부터 제47조까지, 제47조의2, 제48조, 제49조, 제55조, 제56조, 제56조의2 및 제59조제2항을 준용한다. <개정 2016.3.22, 2018.12.11>
